Forastera
A light, crisp and refreshing Forastera, with delicate citrus and green apple notes complemented by a distinctive almond character and a mineral note on the finish. Using an artisanal approach, the Forastera grapes were vinified in the recently refurbished estate cellar. The berries were de-stemmed and gently pressed to release the must. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of fruit and the characteristics of the terroir. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for four months.
