Fruity and well structured wine. A mix of yellow and tropical fruits. The grapes are picked at the end of august first week of September. After the soft pressing it is brought to a cold maceration  in press for 12 hours at 10°C, furthermore soft pressing membrane the wine wort comes  decanted  cold at(3°C).The alcoholic fermentation is conducted to 14°C  by adding selected yeasts, then ripening in steel for 5 months. After ripeness in steel for 5 months it is undergone to a protein and tartaric stabilization, filtered and bottled.
