From every point, in every season, rays full of light caress the berries of our precious plants and accompany them until they are completely ripe. Only then do we collect them and give life to Illuminato, perfumed Fiano with the flavour of Puglia.
Bright straw yellow colour. On the nose hints of aromatic herbs, mineral and floral nuances. Elegant and pleasantly savoury taste. Best served with mixed seafood starters, raw shellfish and first courses with light fish sauces.
