A unique vineyard where the incessant rhythm of the waves joins the recurring rhythm of the vine.
After a manual harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°-16°C.
Pale pink colour, on the nose fruity and floral notes of apple, red berries, and rose, followed by hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate a pronounced minerality and a lasting freshness. Best served with Italian starters, fresh or slightly aged cheese, white meat.
