The soil is slightly clayey, medium in dough. After the harvest, the selected grapes spend a short period of drying to accentuate their aromatic capacity. With wine-making, the wine ages for 12 months, partly in cement vats and partly in French oak barrels; it follows the aging in the bottle for at least 12 months.
